Between the concept of renting guest accommodation and hotels, everything is done to remind you of the sweetness of your little nest combined with the services of a *** hotel, plus the atmosphere. We therefore offer fully equipped accommodation with hotel services and shared spaces for chatting or meeting.

For its first establishment, under this brand, Accueil Partenaires designed a unique solution to accommodate all the different profiles of international researchers for both long and short stays within the Condorcet Campus. A reception service with bar, breakfast and snacking, a chill out lounge and a faculty club is also offered. The apartments range from T1 to T3.

For its second establishment, opened in June 2020, it is made up of 203 fully-equipped studios at the Portes de Paris with a *** tourist residence classification and we offer a snacking offer.
